WIPE 2 fillets of fish, brush with lemon juice and season. Put 1 fillet in greased platter which can go to the table. Cover with stuffing and with remaining fillet. Pour over 1 1/2 cups milk, sprinkle with flour and bake 1 hour in a moderate oven or at 350 degrees F., basting frequently.

1/3 cup hot water
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4cup bread or cracker crumbs
Few drops onion juice
